1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://nsfwai.free and any related services offered under the NSFW AI brand. By visiting, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the site, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

    2. Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. NSFW AI is an adult platform that includes sexual content, explicit roleplay, and other mature material that is not suitable for minors.

    By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will use the service only where adult AI content is lawful in your location. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and access restrictions.

    3. Description of Service

    NSFW AI provides adult AI companion roleplay and related interactive features. The service may include text conversations, character personas, customization tools, paid upgrades, content moderation systems, and account management features.

    AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or unexpected. The service is provided for entertainment purposes. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for professional services or human relationships.

      4. User Accounts

      Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

        Account Creation

        When you register, you may be asked for information such as an email address, username, password, and payment details for premium access. You may not create an account using false identity information, impersonate another person, or create an account on behalf of someone else without permission.

          Account Security

          You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless caused by our own failure to use reasonable security measures. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

          We may suspend or restrict access if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, chargeback risk, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

            5. Acceptable Use

            You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not use the platform in ways that harm others, violate rights, interfere with operations, or create legal risk for us or our providers.

            • Do not generate or share non-consensual sexual content, sexual extortion content, or exploitative deepfakes
            • Do not harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or target real people with abuse
            • Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other illegal activity
            • Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or disrupt site operations
            • Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights

            6. Content and Intellectual Property

            The service contains software, prompts, design elements, branding, and other material protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not give you ownership of our technology or brand.

              Our Content

              All rights, title, and interest in the site, underlying models as provided through the service, interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and platform features belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, republish, or exploit our content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

                User-Generated Content

                You retain any rights you may have in prompts or other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to run the service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and enforce the service.

                You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law or these Terms.

                  7. Premium Features and Payments

                  Some parts of the service may require payment. Prices, billing intervals, and feature access will be shown at the time of purchase. By buying a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges and any recurring billing clearly disclosed during checkout.

                    Subscription Plans

                    Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Your access to premium features may continue through the end of the current billing period, then stop unless renewed. We may change pricing or plan structure in the future, but changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

                      Refunds

                      Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@nsfwai.free with your account details and a brief explanation. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of premium access while the issue is reviewed.

                        8. Service Availability

                        We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or error-free performance. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time, including for maintenance, legal compliance, moderation, or security reasons.

                        We may impose technical limits, content restrictions, or account-level controls to protect the platform and our providers. We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by third-party networks, hosting failures, payment processors, or events outside our reasonable control.

                          9. Limitation of Liability

                          To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

                          To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

                            You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NSFW AI, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

                            This section applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not require you to indemnify us for our own intentional misconduct or where such limits are prohibited.

                              11. Termination

                              You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

                              Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, dispute-related provisions, and limits on liability. We may retain relevant records as allowed or required by law.

                                12. Changes to Terms

                                We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, feature updates, or risk controls. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on https://nsfwai.free and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

                                By continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

                                  13. Governing Law

                                  These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from which the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
